EXPLANATORY NOTE The Bill would amend the Liquor Corporation Act to allow liquor stores and liquor agency stores to sell wine and spirits on all days other than statutory holidays set out in paragraph 4(1)(a) of the Shops' Closing Act. Currently, the Act prohibits the sale of wine and spirits by liquor stores and liquor agency stores on Sundays. A BILL AN ACT TO AMEND THE LIQUOR CORPORATION ACT Analysis 1.
