EXPLANATORY NOTE This Bill would provide that those Presidents of the Newfoundland and Labrador Nurse's Union who are members of the Public Service Pension Plan continue to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan for the duration of their term as president if, prior to election as president, the incumbent was already a member of the Public Service Pension Plan. S.34 Amdt. Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: SNL1991 c12 1.
