EXPLANATORY NOTE This Bill would amend the Licensed Practical Nurses Act, 2005 to give the college, subject to the approval of the minister, regulation-making powers respecting the issuance of different classes of licences for practical nursing. |

A BILL AN ACT TO AMEND THE LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES ACT, 2005 Analysis 1. S.30 Amdt. Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: SNL2005 cL-12.1 as amended 1.
