A BILL AN ACT TO AMEND THE MUNICIPALITIES ACT, 1999 NO. 2 Analysis 1.
S.128 Amdt. Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: SNL1999 cM-24 1. Subsection 128(1) of the Municipalities Act, 1999 is repealed and the following substituted: Employer's duty 128. (1) An employer in a municipality shall, on demand of the council, give to that council within 2 weeks of the demand the names and addresses of its employees and the dates on which their employment began. ©William E.
