Under the provision of section 10 of the Environment Act , I designate an area known as the Kippens Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area . Dated at
Oliver Langdon NOTICE This area includes all lands in the provincial Electoral District of Port au Port abutted and bounded as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from NAD 27 universal transverse mercator grid, zone 21, east 380,000, north 5,380,000, 16° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 740 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 0° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 385 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 340° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 34° 10' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,085 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 45° 10' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,045 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 66° 50' grid azimuth for a distance of 820 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 121° 10' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 173° 40' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,010 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 258° 40' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 215° 40' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 166° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 790 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 224° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 870 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 184° 20' grid azimuth for a distance of 780 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 271° 20' grid azimuth for a distance of 830 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 350° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 505 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 245° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,120 metres to the point of commencement.
