Analysis
Short title

This Order may be cited as the Town of

Cape St. George
are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

The Town of Cape St. George Order
, Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 98/96 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at a point on the high water mark of the southern shoreline of the Port au Port Peninsula in St. Georges Bay, that point having NAD83, UTM coordinates north 5,375,215 metres and east 345,318 metres, and being 850 metres, more or less, via the shoreline west of Big Cove Brook;
Then north 27° 30' west 2,000 metres, more or less, to a point;
Then south 73° 21' west 10,000 metres, more or less, to a point on the high water mark of the Port au Port Peninsula in Big Cove, that point being due east of the southern extremity of a small off shore island;
Then in a southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline to the westernmost extremity of the Port au Port Peninsula, and then continuing along the shoreline in a northeasterly direction, passing Cape St. George, Petit Jardin, Grand Jardin, Red Brook, De Grau and Marches Point, to the point of beginning.
All bearings refer to grid north and as with distances given, are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50000 digital, NAD83, National Topographic Sheet.
