Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Dam Pond Brook
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as Dam Pond Brook Water Supply Area for the Town of Middle Arm as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Baie Verte abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 565,13 metres and northing 5,506,178 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 2,044 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 562,969 metres and northing 5,506,143 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 2,207 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 561,091 metres and northing 5,507,303 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 1,492 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 559,626 metres and northing 5,507,020 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 813 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 558,892 metres and northing 5,506,671 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 707 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 558,197 metres and northing 5,506,543 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 282 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting, 557,939 metres and northing 5,506,427 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 177 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting ,557,763 metres and northing 5,506,412 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 684 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting, 557,102 metres and northing 5,506,589 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 352 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 557,263 metres and northing 5,506,902 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 614 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 557,864 metres and northing 5,507,028 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 825 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 558,337 metres and northing 5,507,703 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 1,882 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 559,528 metres and northing 5,509,160 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 2,877 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 562,356 metres and northing 5,509,690 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 1,313 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 563,502 metres and northing 5,509,049 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 273 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting, 563,557 metres and northing 5,508,782 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 1,098 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 564,619 metres and northing 5,508,502 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 1,257 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 565,219 metres and northing 5,507,398 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 1,237 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.
