Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Chute Brook, WS-S-0817 for the Local Service District of St. Judes
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Chute Brook Water Supply Area, WS-S-0817 for the Local Service District of St. Judes as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Humber Valley abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 466 743 metres and northing 5 443 984 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 2 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 466 743 metres and northing 5 443 985 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 140 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 466 763 metres and northing 5 444 124 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 172 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 466 879 metres and northing 5 443 252 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 434 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 467 246 metres and northing 5 444 483 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 226 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 467 458 metres and northing 5 444 564 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 334 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 467 779 metres and northing 5 444 472 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 373 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 468 123 metres and northing 5 444 327 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 320 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 468 253 metres and northing 5 444 035 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 147 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 468 372 metres and northing 5 443 948 metres;
