Winterland Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I define the following area as the Winterland Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at the mouth of West Brook at the northern end of Southwest Arm and running north 70 ° 30' west 7,500 metres, more or less;

Then south 21 ° west 6,193 metres, more or less, to a point on a river locally known as Clanceys Feeder;

Then south 63 ° east 4,230 metres, more or less, to a point on river locally known as Deep Brook;

Then north 74 ° east 3,150 metres, more or less;

Then north 52 ° east 4,200 metres, more or less, and then generally following the centre of Southwest Arm, crossing the highway to Winterland, to the place of beginning.

All bearings refer to UTM grid and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50000 Map 1 M/3, Edition 3, 1988.
