Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Water Pond, WS-S-0460, Town of Millertown
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Water Pond Water Supply Area, WS-S-0460, for the Town of Millertown as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Grand Falls-Windsor - Buchans abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 534,549 metres and northing 5,406,670 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 104 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 534,553 metres and northing 5,406,774 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 194 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 534,661 metres and northing 5,406,935 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 122 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 534,756 metres and northing 5,407,011 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 153 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 534,832 metres and northing 5,407,144 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 85 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 534,872 metres and northing 5,407,219 metres;

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 200 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 535,071 metres and northing 5,407,241 metres;

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 253 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 535,310 metres and northing 5,407,157 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 165 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 535,307 metres and northing 5,406,992 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 299 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 535,226 metres and northing 5,406,704 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 109 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 535,117 metres and northing 5,406,707 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 95 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 535,174 metres and northing 5,406,631 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 76 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 535,174 metres and northing 5,406,555 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 69 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 535,136 metres and northing 5,406,498 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 258 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 534,889 metres and northing 5,406,422 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 76 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 534,813 metres and northing 5,406,422 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 85 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 534,775 metres and northing 5,406,498 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 78 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 534,756 metres and northing 5,406,574 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 228 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.
