Indian Bay Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I define the following area as the Indian Bay Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point in the western shoreline of the northwest arm of Indian Bay, that point being 450 metres, more or less, due south of the southern bank of Indian Bay Brook where it empties into the northwest arm of Indian Bay;

Then running west 14,175 metres, more or less;

Then running north 6,425 metres, more or less;

Then running east 16,100 metres, more or less;

Then running south 6,850 metres, more or less, to a point in the northern shoreline of the northwest arm of Indian Bay;

Then running in a generally northwesterly direction along the northern shoreline of the northwest arm of Indian Bay to a point in the north abutment of the bridge spanning Indian Brook;

Then running along the eastern face of the bridge to a point in the south abutment;

Then running in a generally southeasterly direction along the western shoreline of the northwest arm of Indian Bay to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
