Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the LieutenantGovernor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of Crow Head Order
.

The boundaries of the Town of

are as set out in the Schedule.

Regulation 624/78 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at a point at the highwater mark of Lower Head, that point being the most westerly point of North Twillingate
Island
;
Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the shoreline at the highwater mark to the most northerly tip of Long Point;
Then running in a generally southeasterly direction along the shoreline to Horney Head;
Then running in a generally southerly direction at the highwater mark to the most southerly point of Connert Head Cove;
Then running south 41° 30' west a distance of 2 kilometres, more or less, to a point at the highwater mark on the western shoreline of North Twillingate Island, that point being north of Davy Button Cove, and at a distance of 300 metres northeast of Bread and Butter Point;
Then running along the shoreline at the highwater mark by way of Mudford Cove and Crow Head to the point of beginning.
All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
