Schedule
Beginning at the western abutment of the Conception Bay Highway bridge over South River and then running generally southwestward along the western bank of the river via Motion, The Narrows, The Broad to Southern Gut at a point situate due north a distance of 600 metres, more or less, from a country road bridge over the South River tributary from Juniper Stump;
Then south 79° west 2,960 metres, more or less, to a feeder intake point at the eastern bank of a tributary to North River;
Then northward along the eastern bank of the tributary a direct distance of 1,485 metres, more or less, to
North River
;
Then running generally northeastward along the southern bank of
North River
to the centre line of the
Conception Bay Highway

Then approximately 500 metres northwestward along the centre line of the
Conception Bay Highway
;
Then approximately 1,800 metres northeastward along a line parallel to and 50 metres southeastward from the centre line of a road leading to Black Duck Pond to a point situate south 24° east 54 metres, more or less, from the point of intersection of the road with a side road to Long Beach Pond;
Then south 24° east 382 metres, more or less, to the top of a mountain knoll, spot elevation 86 metres;
Then south 59° 30' east 338 metres, more or less, to a point situate approximately 1,850 metres via Otterbury Road from the Conception Bay Highway, that point bearing north 84° 30' east 305 metres, more or less, from horizontal monument No. 92190;
Then along a line parallel to and 70.5 metres northeastward from a private fenceline, proceeding south 59° 30' east 102 metres, more or less, to a point on the coastline of Bay de Grave;
Then following the coastal sinuosities of Bay de Grave, running southwestward along the high shoreline of Otterbury and southeastward along the high beachline of Clarke's Beach to the mouth of
South River
;
Then following the western bank of the river to the point of commencement.
All bearings refer to grid north, central meridian 53° west longitude, and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:12,500
