Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of McIvers Order . Boundaries

Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being on the highwater mark on the southern shoreline of Apsey Cove on the Humber Arm, that point being also the western extremity of Gillams town boundary; Then north 76° 00' east along the boundary a distance of 1,625 metres, more or less, to the summit, elevation 229 metres, of an unnamed hill; Then north 17° 00' west a distance of 2,525 metres, more or less, to the summit, elevation 168 metres, of an unnamed hill; Then north 38° 30' west a distance of 2,725 metres, more or less, to the summit, elevation 91 metres, of an unnamed hill; Then due north a distance of 400 metres, more or less, to the east bank of McIvers Brook; Then following the sinuosities of the brook in a generally northwesterly direction a distance of 2,225 metres, more or less, to a point on the east bank of the brook; Then due west a distance of 500 metres, more or less, to the centre line of Route 61; Then south 69° 00' west a distance of 2,650 metres, more or less, to the summit of McIvers Point; Then due west a distance of 500 metres, more or less, to the highwater mark on the shoreline of the Bay of Islands; Then following the sinuosities of the shoreline of the Humber Arm in a generally southeasterly and southerly direction to the point of commencement.
