Arm Order
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96-170)
Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
Analysis
Short title

This Order may be cited as the Town of Norris Arm Order

Regulation 749/78 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at a point at highwater mark in the southern shoreline of Norris Arm at the mouth of Rattling Brook where that brook empties into the
Bay
of
Exploits
;
Then running in a generally southerly direction along the eastern bank of Rattling Brook to its point of intersection with the
Trans Canada Highway
;
Then turning and running south 45° east 2,750 metres, more or less;
Then turning and running north 47° east 11,430 metres, more or less;
Then turning and running north 45° west 3,810 metres, more or less, to a point in the southern shoreline of Norris Arm;
Then turning and running at highwater mark in a generally southwesterly direction along the southern shoreline of Norris Arm to the point of beginning.
All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
