Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of West St. Modeste Order
.

The boundaries of the Town of
West St. Modeste
are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal
3.
Newfoundland
Regulations 863/78 and 12/79 are repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at a point, that point being the highwater mark at
Cape
Diable
;
Then north 78° west a distance of 2,584 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill;
Then north 20° east a distance of 3,040 metres, more or less, to a point on the south bank of an unnamed river which flows to the east into Pinware Bay;
Then following the sinuosities of the south shore of the river in a northeasterly direction to a point at the mouth of the river, that point being the highwater mark on the shoreline of
Pinware
Bay

Then following the sinuosities of the shoreline in a general southerly direction running along the Tickle, West St. Modeste and including St. Modeste Island to its point of commencement.
All bearings being referred to grid north.
