Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Bridger's Cove Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 910570 99° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 152° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 74° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 1° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 272° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 259° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
