Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Burlington East Water Supply Area for the Community of Burlington as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 571000 5512000 75° 00' for a distance of 875 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 63° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 177° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 155° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 175 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 102° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,875 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 277° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 304° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
