and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Burnt Ground Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of
NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 352000 5274000 292° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 308° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 240° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 311° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 44° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 341° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 47° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 52° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 169° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 130° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 237° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,225 metres to the point of commencement.
