Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Channel - Port Aux Basques Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 339000 5273000 65° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 19° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 05° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 46° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 118° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 88° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 55° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,250 metres;
