Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Clark's Brook Water Supply Area for the Town of Halfway Point - Benoits Cove - John's Beach - Frenchman's Cove as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 413000 5424000 45° 30' for a distance of 900 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 42° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 85° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,080 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 95° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 134° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 177° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,380 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 120° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 180° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,080 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 282° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,580 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 265° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,040 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 13° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 348° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,700 metres to the point of commencement.
