Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Crouchers Brook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 434000 5476000 197° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 275 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 234° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 205° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 251° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 197° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 150 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 270° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 10° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 349° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 46° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 09° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 71° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 127° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the point of commencement.
