Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Martin's Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of Conche as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 576000 5641000 32° 30' for a distance of 150 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 352° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 17° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 98° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 133° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 189° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 198° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 262° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 337° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,125 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 301° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
