Notice of Protected Watershed Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Middle Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from horizontal control point 738, 125° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,600 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 114° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 30° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 255° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 228° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
