Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Nain Brook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 579000 6268000 200° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 156° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 205° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 193° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 263° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 330° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 09° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 321° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 06° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 26° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 80° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres to the point of commencement.
