Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Steady Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of Steady Brook as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 230420 222° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 258° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,850 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 211° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 177° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 193° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 119° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 95° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,475 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 46° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,225 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 15° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 3° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 253° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,975 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 302° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres to the point of commencement.
