Notice of Protected Watershed Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Sugarloaf Hill Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 658000 metres east, 5266000 metres north, 85° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 43° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 84° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 965 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 159° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 628 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 645 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 261° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 547 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 268° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,255 metres to the point of commencement.
