Buchans Municipal Planning Area
Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the Buchans Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING
Beginning at a point being distant 81.67 metres as measured on a bearing of north 62° 8' west from the ASARCO Incorporated Triangulation Station T-9, that point being the principal point of beginning; Then from the point of commencement north 68° 8' east 241.86 metres; Then north 21° 35' west 6.10 metres; Then south 68° 8' west 235.76 metres; Then north 25° 36' west 212.01 metres; Then north 86° 58' west 261.44 metres; Then north 20° 54' west 118.77 metres; Then south 71° 38' west 6.66 metres; Then north 8° 40' west 68.03 metres; Then north 17° 5' east 56.38 metres; Then north 10° 22' east 34 metres; Then north 40° 16' east 43.58 metres; Then south 39° 22' east 37.64 metres; Then north 43° 29' east 638.73 metres; Then north 45° 56' east 313.76 metres; Then south 75° 21' east 22.61 metres; Then south 54° 19' east 136.86 metres; Then following Buchans River in a generally southeasterly direction to a point west across from the extreme western end of an island, that point being the mouth of a stream which flows from a southwesterly distant lake, namely, "Lake 2"; Then following the north bank of that stream to a point in the southwestern limit of the Badger to Buchans highway (30.48 metres wide); Then north 56° 23' west 39.39 metres; Then south 17° 23' west 76.20 metres; Then south 44° 54' west 207.45 metres; Then north 85° 51' west 454.15 metres; Then south 69° 54' west 405.38 metres; Then north 20° 6' west 352.22 metres to the point of commencement and containing in all an area of 131.3369 hectares, all bearings being true. 110/79 ©Earl G.
