CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 883/96

Massey Drive Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96-173)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the Massey Drive Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point where Massey Drive intersects with the power transmission line;

Then following the power transmission line in a northwesterly direction a distance of 325 metres, more or less;

Then north 18° 30' east a distance of 560 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill;

Then south 89° 00' east a distance of 860 metres, more or less, to the summit of a second unnamed hill;

Then south 86° 00' east a distance of 1,000 metres, more or less;

Then south 24° 00' east a distance of 1,350 metres, more or less;

Then following the eastern shoreline of Tippings Pond to the southeastern end of that pond;

Then south 35° 00' west a distance of 260 metres, more or less;

Then following the centre line of the power transmission line a distance of 2,450 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to grid north and, as with distances given, subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:2500 mapping.
