CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 907/96

Port Blandford Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96-173)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the Port Blandford Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at Middle Point on the eastern shoreline of Clode Sound and running south 2° east 8,525 metres, more or less;

Then running south 88° west 6,400 metres, more or less;

Then running north 12,100 metres, more or less;

Then running south 67° 30' east 2,200 metres, more or less;

Then running south 1° east 1,280 metres, more or less, to the northern shoreline of Northwest Arm;

Then following the shoreline of Clode Sound by way of Port Blandford to Middle Point, the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to UTM grid and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 mapping.
