Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the Raleigh Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING
Beginning at a point, that point being on the eastern highwater shoreline of Ha Ha Bay and having a military grid reference of 891135; Then south 24° east a distance of 400 metres, more or less, to the summit of Ha Ha Mountain; Then due east a distance of 900 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern bank of Tom Eddison's Brook where the brook flows under Route 437; Then in a generally southeasterly direction along the eastern bank of the brook to a point where the brook flows out of an unnamed pond; Then in a southerly direction along the western shoreline of the pond to a point on the northern bank of an unnamed brook where the brook flows out of the pond; Then along the northern bank of the brook in a southwesterly direction to a point where the brook flows into
Then along the highwater shoreline of Pistolet Bay by way of Isthmus Cove, Isthmus Point, Falaise Point, Whale Cove and Burnt Cape; Then in a generally southwesterly and then northwesterly direction along the highwater shoreline of Ha Ha Bay by way of Piton Point, to the point of beginning.
