CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 921/96

Roddickton Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 96-173)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the Roddickton Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point on the shoreline of Northeast Brook where the highway crosses the brook;

Then north 85° 15' east a distance of 2,400 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill;

Then south 15° 30' east a distance of 6,800 metres, more or less, to the southern shoreline of an unnamed pond;

Then south 36° 30' west a distance of 2,100 metres, more or less;

Then due west a distance of 900 metres, more or less;

Then south 69° 30' west a distance of 2,150 metres, more or less;

Then due west a distance of 1,450 metres, more or less, to the highwater mark on the shoreline of Chimney Bay;

Then following the shoreline in a generally northerly direction to the mouth of Northeast Brook;

Then following the eastern shoreline of the brook in a northerly direction to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
