Public Accountants Licensing Regulations
under the
Public Accountancy Act

(Filed July 24, 1998)

Under the authority of section 24 of the Public Accountancy Act and with the approval of the Minister of Government Services and Lands, the Public Accountants Licensing Board makes the following regulations.

Short title

        1. These regulations may be cited as the Public Accountants Licensing Regulations .

Licensing fee

        2. A person who applies for a licence under the Public Accountancy Act , or for the renewal of a licence shall pay a fee of $100.
