Special Election Order, Town of Port au Choix
under the
Municipal Elections Act

Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

ORDER

Analysis

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Special Election Order, Town of Port au Choix .

Special election

2. A special election for a 7 member council for the Town of Port au Choix shall be held on September 28, 2010.

Returning officer

3. Annette Payne, town clerk, is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of the special election.
