Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Grand Pond,
WS-S-0553, Town of Plum Point
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Grand Pond Water Supply Area WS-S-0553 for the Town of Plum Point as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Trinity North abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 509,145 metres and northing 5,659,511 metres;
