Under the authority of section 40 of the Local Service District Regulations and the Municipalities Act, 1999 , I make the following Order.

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Meeting of the Householders of the Local Service District of Marysvale Order .

        2. It is ordered that a meeting of the householders of the Local Service District of Marysvale be held on October 6, 2020 for the purpose of electing a new Local Service District Committee.
