Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Bedlam Pond, WS-S-0899, Town of Colliers
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Bedlam Pond Water Supply Area, WS-S-0899, for the Town of Colliers as a protected water supply area .

NOTICE

 

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Harbour Main abutted and bounded as follows:

 

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,434 metres and northing 5,259,812 metres;

 

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 333 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,731 metres and northing 5,259,963 metres;

 

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 252 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,967 metres and northing 5,260,050 metres;

 

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 266 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 331,232 metres and northing 5,260,029 metres;

 

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 232 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 331,243 metres and northing 5,259,797 metres;

 

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 284 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 331,157 metres and northing 5,259,526 metres;

 

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 371 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,959 metres and northing 5,259,212 metres;

 

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 153 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,873 metres and northing 5,259,086 metres;

 

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 220 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,659 metres and northing 5,259,033 metres;

 

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 368 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,631 metres and northing 5,258,666 metres;

 

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 121 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,548 metres and northing 5,258,578 metres;

 

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 228 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,321 metres and northing 5,258,595 metres;

 

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 358 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,033 metres and northing 5,258,808 metres;

 

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 95 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 329,970 metres and northing 5,258,737 metres;

 

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 306 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 329,670 metres and northing 5,258,798 metres;

 

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 151 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 329,699 metres and northing 5,258,946 metres;

 

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 380 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 329,969 metres and northing 5,259,213 metres;

 

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 255 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 330,154 metres and northing 5,259,389 metres;
