1. This Order may be cited as the Hunting in a Waterway Provincial Park Permission Order .

Hunting permitted

2. Hunting is permitted within a waterway provincial park in accordance with permits and licences issued under the Wild Life Act or the Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994 (Canada) or regulations made under these Acts.
