Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999 , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Pasadena Order, 2021 .

        3. The Town of Pasadena Order , Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 368/96, is repealed.

Beginning at a point at the mouth of Beaverton Brook having coordinates east 372,673.757 metres and north 5,436,230.394 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline to a point on a high water mark having coordinates east 367,266.169 metres and north 5,430,333.650 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a southeasterly direction to a point on the south side of the transmission line having coordinates east 367,310.433 metres and north 5,430,125.547 metres, more or less;

Then heading in a southeasterly direction to a point having coordinates east 367,933.264 metres and north 5,428,002.178 metres, more or less;

Then heading in an easterly direction to a point having coordinates east 373,682.388 metres and north 5,427,901.827 metres, more or less;

Then running in a southeasterly direction along the sinuosities of Deer Lake back to the point of beginning.

All coordinates being scaled from 30cm Orthorectified Imagery and being referenced to the North American Datum 1983 (NAD83) using the Modified Transverse Mercator (MTM) Zone 3 Projection.
