Municipal Elections Act

Under the authority of subsection 5(3) of the Municipal Elections Act , I make the following Order.

1. This Order may be cited as the General Election Deferral Order for the Town of Kippens .

2. Notwithstanding subsections 5(1) and (2) of the Municipal Elections Act , it is ordered that the 2021 municipal general election for the Town of Kippens be deferred to November 30, 2021.
