Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of First Pond, WS-S-0246, Town of Fleur de Lys
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the First Pond Water Supply Area, WS-S-0246, for the Town of Fleur de Lys as a protected public water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Baie Verte – Green Bay abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 561,563 metres and northing 5,552,715 metres;

Then running in westerly direction for a distance of 490 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 561,073 metres and northing 5,552,720 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 540 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 560,582 metres and northing 5,552,945 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 289 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 560,484 metres and northing 5,553,217 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 344 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 560,587 metres and northing 5,553,545 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 253 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 560,779 metres and northing 5,553,710 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 468 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 560,831 metres and northing 5,554,175 metres;

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 659 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 561,490 metres and northing 5,554,153 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 343 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 561,564 metres and northing 5,553,818 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 251 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 561,515 metres and northing 5,553,572 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 419 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 561,592 metres and northing 5,553,160 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 446 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer to Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
