Under the authority of section 43.01 of the Judicature Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

Short title

        1. These regulations may be cited as the Composition of the Supreme Court Regulations .

        2. In these regulations, “Act” means the Judicature Act .

Composition of court

        3. In addition to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the Associate Chief Justice of the Supreme Court referred to in subsection 21(1) of the Act, the court shall consist of 23 other judges.
