REGULATION 60/22

Change Islands Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

(Filed September 1, 2022)

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 , I define the following area as the Change Islands Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

All of Change Islands together with the following islands:

a) all islands within 800 metres of the shoreline of Change Islands excluding Big Duck Island;

b) Salmon Net Island;

c) Lucy Island;

d) Shave Island;

e) Tobacco Island; and

f) Annie Island.
