Special By-Election for the Town of Pilley's Island Order

Municipal Elections Act

Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

ORDER

Analysis

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Special By-Election Order for the Town of Pilley's Island Order .

Special by-election.

2. A special by-election to elect 5 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Pilley's Island on February 6, 2023.

Returning officer

3. Jeffrey Vincent is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of conducting the by-election referred to in section 2.
