Under the authority of section 70 of the Environmental Protection Act, the minister, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following Order.

2. The dredging of Trout River harbour by the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada is exempted from Part X of the Act.
