Municipalities Act

Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

This Order may be cited as the Town of Burgeo Order

are as set out in the Schedule.

Regulation 701/78 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at Maze Point on the eastern bank of Grandy Brook and then running east 9,150 metres, more or less, to a point at the mouth of Kelly Brook on the west shoreline of Bay De Loup;
Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline via Kings Head, Kings Harbour and Piper Island to the most westerly point of the Ha Ha Inlet;
Then running east along the southern shoreline of the Ha Ha Inlet to the most easterly point of Aldridge Head;
Then running south 4,275 metres, more or less;
Then running west 6,250 metres, more or less;
Then running north 1,225 metres, more or less, to Fox Point;
Then running along the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of Barasway Bay via Grip Head, Coombs Head, First Arm, Aaron Arm and the canal to a point at the mouth of Grandy Brook on the eastern bank of that brook;
Then running along the eastern bank of Grandy Brook to the point of beginning.
