Town of
Gaultois Order
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96-170)
Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.
ORDER
Analysis
Short title
1.
This Order may be cited as the Town of Gaultois Order
.

The boundaries of the Town of
Gaultois
are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal
3.
Newfoundland
Regulation 652/78 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at a point at the tip of land referred to as Fox Burrow Point located on the southern
shore
of
Long Island
;
Then running north 20° west 1,700 metres;
Then running north 23° 30' east 1,825 metres;
Then running south 46° east 1,500 metres;
Then running due south 600 metres, more or less, to The Bottom of Gaultois Harbour;
Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the shoreline of
Hermitage
Bay
to Deepwater Point;
Then running in a westerly direction along the shoreline to the point of commencement.
All bearings are referred to the true meridian.
