Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act
and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

This Order may be cited as the Town of Pasadena Order

Regulation 234/85 is repealed.

Schedule
Beginning at a point on the western bank of South Brook where South Brook flows into
Deer
Lake
, that point having a grid reference of 552299;
Then in a generally southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline of
Deer
Lake
a distance of approximately 3,250 metres to a point, that point being on the eastern bank of an unnamed stream where the stream flows into
Deer
Lake
;
Then south 16° east a distance of 2,450 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the western bank of Trout Creek;
Then south 89° east a distance of 5,750 metres, more or less, to a point on the summit of an unnamed hill;
Then north 71° east a distance of 4,350 metres, more or less, to a point on the summit of an unnamed hill;
Then north 10° east a distance of 1,900 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern extremity on an unnamed pond;
Then north 35° 30' west a distance of 4,000 metres, more or less, to a point on the summit of an unnamed hill;
Then north 87° west a distance of 3,400 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the southern bank of an unnamed brook where the brook flows into Deer Lake;
Then in a generally southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline of
Deer
Lake
to the point of commencement.
All bearings refer to grid north.
All bearings as with distances given are subject to approximation.
