Notice of Protected Watershed Area
Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Big Pond Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 640000 metres east, 5222000 metres north, 127° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 76° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 885 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 198° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 840 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 135° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 191° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,220 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 163° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 200° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,591 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 280° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,220 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 328° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,610 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 38° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,315 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 740 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 22° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 690 metres to the point of commencement.
