Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act
(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Bullock Cove Pond Protected Water Supply Area for the Town of Seldom - Little Seldom as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 702000 metres east, 5502000 metres north, 45° 00' for a distance of 1,725 metres from the point of commencement;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 107° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 171° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 132° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,775 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 260° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 311° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,700 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
